Spring is in the air!

Let’s refresh, rejuvenate and reinvigorate in the new season. We’ll take our Winter’s practice, open our bodies to the impetus of Spring and renew our perspectives and reset our perceptions of our yoga practice.

This class is for all levels with 6 months or more of SMIYC class experience. If you are one of our Annual or Semi-annual Members this workshop may be eligible as one of your benefit workshops.
