Many of you may be starting to notice the positive effects of your yoga practice—feeling stronger, more open, and more at ease. A natural next step is learning how to practice at home in a way that feels supportive and sustainable.
In your classes you learn poses with clear alignment and thoughtful sequencing. This workshop is designed to help those poses come alive beyond the classroom and into your own home practice.
You’ll leave with a simple home practice handout you can begin using right away, along with a deeper understanding of sequencing principles that support strength, balance, and ease—both on and off the mat.
