Many of you will recall our wonderful Open House Dedication with Sacred Sounds setting tone & timbre for the new San Marcos Yoga Center. It was a beautiful celebration! It even rained! It has been a year since and I invite you to join us as we set the tone & timbre for the coming year.
There will be Indian sweets to enjoy. Please bring a festive treat of your own to share. Feel free to bring a chair for your comfort.

Clean out your closet! I am having a business & business-casual clothing drive for Dress for Success San Diego. Donate your nicely used business clothes to this great organization to help women succeed. Just bring it to the studio, I will be collecting until Tuesday Sept 18th.
Mid-weekers, join Nancy Wednesdays at 5:30p! This level 1-2 class is designed with the beginner and more experienced student in mind. And with Nancy’s delightful flair, modifications and challenges are part of the fun!
Join the fun Thursdays at 6p for our Flow Class! Whether you’re an experienced flow-er or a budding flow-er the modifications built-in to this class make it just the right fit for everyone. Come get your flow on!
Yoga for Lunch meets Fridays at noon! This basics class is the perfect lunchtime workout for students of all levels. Lots of action but none of the sweat so you can get back to work fresh and refreshed. The natural 5-hour energy boost!
