Carolyn will show us how to maintain/achieve health of our hips and knees through asana practice. She is a devoted pupil of B.K.S. Iyengar and studied with him on numerous occasions. She holds a Senior Level III Certification, she is on the faculty of the Iyengar Yoga Therapeutics Training Program and has the only Iyengar Yoga Therapy class in San Diego’s North County.
Her expertise, clear and succinct style, coupled with her enthusiasm and joy, guides one on a steady path of experiencing yoga.
